🌍 2025–2050 Climate‑Control Humanitarian Housing Campaign

San Luis Potosí, Mexico — A 25‑Year Mission of Hope, Health & Climate‑Resilient Homes

✨ Climate‑Control Humanitarian Housing Appeal

The Climate‑Control Humanitarian Housing Initiative

Transforming lives through climate‑resilient, health‑centered homes

Dear Compassionate Donor, Sponsor, Partner, Supporter, and Humanitarian,

Warm greetings to you. My name is Jose Cruz Agundiz Villela, Founder and Owner of Agundiz Design Inc. & Housing Aid Community, and I am honored to connect with you with a heart full of gratitude and purpose.

Today, I reach out with a mission rooted in compassion, dignity, and urgent action — a mission to bring safe, climate‑controlled, healthy homes to families who need them most. Every human being deserves a clean, secure place to call home. Together, we can make that a reality.

🌍 Executive Summary

The Climate‑Control Humanitarian Housing Initiative is a focused, life‑changing campaign to build climate‑adapted homes for low‑income and no‑income families living in some of the hottest and most underserved regions of Mexico.

These communities face extreme heat, unsafe living conditions, and health risks caused by substandard housing. Our initiative directly addresses these challenges by constructing insulated, energy‑efficient homes using our innovative Thermo‑Concrete Block Technology, engineered specifically for climate control and long‑term durability.

We are inviting generous donors to contribute $250 USD each — a gift that directly funds materials, labor, and construction for homes that will protect families from environmental stressors and restore their sense of safety, health, and opportunity.

🏠 Mission Statement

To provide climate‑resilient housing, built with our innovative Thermo‑Concrete technology for optimal health, comfort, and long‑term stability, to families most vulnerable to poverty and extreme weather.

We commit to doing this with compassion, innovation, and community partnership — because every human being deserves a safe and healthy place to call home, offered as a gift of hope.

💛 Why This Matters

- Extreme heat is becoming one of the most dangerous threats to vulnerable families.

- Poor housing conditions worsen respiratory illness, dehydration, and chronic health issues.

- Children and elders are the most affected — and the least protected.

- A climate‑controlled home is not just shelter; it is healthcare, security, and dignity.

Your support builds more than walls — it builds futures.

🔧 Our Innovation: Thermo‑Concrete Climate‑Control Homes

These homes are designed to:

- Maintain cooler indoor temperatures during extreme heat

- Reduce energy consumption

- Improve respiratory and overall health

- Provide long‑term structural safety

- Offer families a stable foundation for growth

This is not temporary aid — it is permanent transformation.

🤝 Join Us in Building Hope

Your contribution of $250 becomes part of a collective effort that changes lives, one home at a time. Together, we can create a model of humanitarian housing that uplifts entire communities.

“One dollar won’t change your life… but it can change the life of an entire family.”

Every day, thousands of families in San Luis Potosí face dangerous heat, unsafe housing, and living conditions that threaten their health, dignity, and future. Children study in overheated rooms. Elders sleep in unsafe structures. Families survive without insulation, ventilation, or climate protection.

This campaign exists to change that — permanently.

💠 The Vision: 2025–2050

A 25‑year humanitarian mission to build climate‑controlled, health‑centered homes using our Thermo‑Concrete / ThermoHome technology, designed to drastically reduce indoor heat and protect families from extreme temperatures.

Our goal is simple:

Turn global generosity into thousands of safe homes.

🧮 What $50 Million USD Can Do (2025–2050)

Cost per home (materials + labor + construction):

$20,000 USD per ThermoHome

$50,000,000 USD ÷ $20,000 per home = 2,500 homes

✔ 2,500 climate‑controlled homes

✔ 2,500 families protected from extreme heat

✔ Over 10,000 people directly impacted

✔ 25 years of continuous construction and community transformation

This is the long‑term power of collective giving.

🔥 Two Paths to Reach the Goal

1️⃣ The $250 Donor Network

8,000 donors × $250 USD = 100 homes

This creates the first wave — the foundation.

2️⃣ The $1 Global Movement

If 50 million people donate $1, we reach:

$50,000,000 USD → 2,500 homes built

“One dollar won’t change your life…but it can change the life of an entire family.”

🏡 Why ThermoHome?

The ThermoBloc / ThermoHome system is engineered for:

Extreme heat reduction

Healthier indoor air

Lower energy costs

Durable, low‑maintenance structures

Climate‑resilient protection for decades

This is not temporary aid —this is permanent dignity, safety, and opportunity.

🌱 Long‑Term Impact (2025–2050)

2,500 Homes = 25 Years of Transformation

Families protected from life‑threatening heat

Children with safe spaces to study and grow

Communities strengthened through stable housing

A replicable model for climate‑resilient humanitarian construction

A healthier, safer future for generations

Submitted by: José Cruz Agundiz Villela

Founder, Agundiz Design Inc. & Housing Aid Community

1. Executive Summary

The Climate‑Control Humanitarian Housing Initiative is a 25‑year humanitarian construction program designed to build 2,500 climate‑resilient homes for low‑income and no‑income families living under extreme heat conditions in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

Using our innovative Thermo‑Concrete / ThermoHome technology, the project will deliver safe, insulated, energy‑efficient homes that drastically reduce indoor temperatures, improve health outcomes, and provide long‑term stability for vulnerable families.

A total investment of $50 million USD will fund materials, labor, and construction for 2,500 homes between 2025 and 2050, directly impacting more than 10,000 people and creating a replicable model for climate‑resilient humanitarian housing.

2. Problem Statement

San Luis Potosí faces dangerous heat levels, with temperatures that regularly exceed safe thresholds for human health. Thousands of families live in:

- Uninsulated structures

- Improvised materials (sheet metal, cardboard, scrap wood)

- Overheated indoor environments

- Conditions that worsen respiratory illness, dehydration, and chronic disease

Children, elders, and individuals with health vulnerabilities are at the highest risk.

Climate change is intensifying these conditions, making safe, climate‑controlled housing a humanitarian necessity, not a luxury.

3. Project Goals & Objectives

To construct 2,500 climate‑controlled ThermoHome units for vulnerable families in San Luis Potosí by 2050.

Objectives

1. Build 100 homes through the initial donor network (8,000 donors × $250).

2. Scale to 2,500 homes through global micro‑donations ($1 × 50 million people).

3. Reduce indoor temperatures by 8–15°C using Thermo‑Concrete technology.

4. Improve health outcomes for families exposed to extreme heat.

5. Establish a replicable model for climate‑resilient humanitarian housing in Mexico and beyond.
